Every Esoteric Soul piece is designed and handcrafted in solid sterling silver 925 in our Buenos Aires workshop and shipped internationally. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Before ordering, please review the photos, measurements and weight listed on each piece, and check our ring size guide. If you have any doubt about a piece or a size, write to us before you buy and we will gladly help.

If, exceptionally, a return is agreed with us, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes or fees in both directions, since shipments travel between countries.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging, and we will review your case.
